Russian Tambow Foreign Exchange Plant Attacked

JAKARTA - A Russian mill in the Tambov region was reportedly attacked by Ukraine. There have been no reports of the impact of this attack.

"This company is one of the main suppliers of explosives to the army of the Russian Federation," said Ukraine Disinformation Management Center Head Andriy Kovalenko.

"With the start of a full-scale war in Ukraine, production at the plant is increasing significantly," he added.

There has been no public statement from Russia regarding the attack on the factory.

Separately, the Ukrainian military said it had attacked the Liskinska oil depot in Russia's Voronezh region overnight.

According to available information, at least three drones hit the target. A massive fire broke out at the facility, said a military statement on the Telegram app.

Russian authorities have previously said the wreckage of a Ukrainian drone that crashed had caused a fire at the facility.

Ukraine and Russia routinely attack military production facilities deep within their respective territories during the war.
