Pramono Anung Announces The Names Of The Transition Team, Here's The List

JAKARTA - Jakarta Governor elected Pilkada 2024 Pramono Anung announced the list of transition teams he formed with the elected Deputy Governor of Jakarta Rano Karno. This transition team will assist Pramono-Rano to prepare a work program before being officially inaugurated to lead Jakarta.

These names were announced after the determination of the Jakarta cagub-cawagub pair to be elected by the DKI Jakarta General Election Commission (KPU).

"There will be a government transition team whose nature is to prepare, not decide, prepare the transition or transition of government so that later my inauguration and Bang Doel can immediately work," said Pramono at the Pullman Hotel, West Jakarta, Thursday, January 9.

There are 14 names that Pramono-Rano (Doel) has withdrawn as members of his transition team, as well as 2 supporters. Some names are PDI-P cadres (PDIP) and others are professionals and academics from various fields.

"The names we chose are representing what has helped me so far, what helps Bang Doel and the people who work professionally," said Pramono.

"In fact, there were several names which I specifically invited for discussions to find out how they are capable and so on," he continued.

Pramono revealed that he and his transition team will also work with the ranks of the DKI Jakarta DPRD to ensure that the work program in the next five years remains in line with the regional long-term program plan (RPJPD) and the regional medium-term program plan (RPJMD).

"The chairman of the DPRD and all levels of the DPRD will become our strategic partners, we will definitely do it. Including the RPJMD, like it or not, it must be discussed now. Not only the DPRD, but also the Acting Governor of Jakarta and his staff must definitely start together to get involved with us," Pramono explained.
