The Dismantling Of The LGBT Network At Permata Hijau Begins With The Curiousness Of PPSU Officers

JAKARTA The LGBT group raid on Bunker Bar, Grand ITC Permata Hijau, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, was not a temporary reaction from residents. Since mid-December 2024, residents around Grand ITC Permata Hijau have suspected something is wrong. Several efforts have been made to disperse this group. This means that residents have repeatedly raided New LA Bunker.

Muhammad Ihsan (29), one of the witnesses to the raid, explained from the start how the LGBT group at Grand ITC Permata Hijau could be uncovered.

The man who works as a PPSU in South Jakarta is working to sweep the road, Saturday, December 21, 2024. Then Ihsan saw a group of women-style men gathering at a coffee shop not far from Grand ITC Permata Hijau.

The group of young men looked excited because their friend had just hit a motorcyclist. This makes Ihsan curious to get closer and know what happened.

Ihsan did not focus on the accident that had just happened. However, he was surprised and felt strange about the group of men, because of his clothes and behavior like women.

Ihsan also tried to survive among the men's groups, to find out information about their association.

Feeling that something is strange and needs to be dealt with, Ihsan reported what he witnessed to the North Grogol cadets. The response was well received by local residents, who were indeed sensitive to the LGBT issue.

Pemuda Karang Taruna set out to find out the truth of the group's activities by going directly to the location, and entering the Bunker Bar.

"Yes, there was someone who monitored (monitories)," said Ihsan to VOI, Monday, January 6.

Convinced by his search, residents and Bhabinkamtibmas raided the Bunker Bar on Wednesday, December 25, 2024. But unfortunately, at that time the bar looked empty. Residents suspect the operation was leaking.

"Maybe they got the leaked info, so it wasn't there. (The LGBT perpetrators were not there when they were raided)," he said.

Not stopping there, residents again carried out the raid the second time on Tuesday 31 December 2024 and 1 January 2025, early in the morning.

As a result, residents found dozens of teenage boys dressed in fashionable clothes, such as women with moving styles. Exactly what residents thought, the bar accommodated the LGBT. Residents who were furious finally dispersed their activities in the bar. Men's groups such as women were asked to go home and leave the location.

"We told them to go home," he said.

The news was also busy in public because the video of the raid was circulating on social media. Even the Head of North Grogol Village Muhammad Rasyid Darwis said that currently Bunker Bar has been officially closed permanently
