BOGOR - Head of the Presidential Communication Office Hasan Nasbi explained that the public kitchen or Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) for Free Nutrition Food providers has implemented strict standard operating procedures (SOP).
This was conveyed by Hasan Nasbi after reviewing the Tanahsareal SPPG of West Java Bogor City at Denpal III/Bogor Field, at the inaugural implementation of the MBG, Monday, January 6.
"In my opinion, the SOP is extraordinary, it is very strict to go inside, you have to change clothes, wear a head covering, wear a mask and how the food was prepared there," he said as quoted by ANTARA.
He ensured that the kitchen serving 3,000 servings of food per day was in a clean condition because the management under the National Nutrition Agency had prepared a good waste management system.
"Friends can see that there is no garbage, until they think about it. The waste in the SPPG has been separated, such as plastic waste, food left over, the kitchen has been separated. Those who come out will not be a problem," said Hasan Nasbi.
From information from the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), it was recorded that 190 Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) or the MBG Kitchen had been operating.
