JAKARTA - In front of all his subordinates, DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan asked the ranks of the DKI Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) to ensure that the 2017-2022 RPJMD is carried out.

This was conveyed in the plenary session of the 2021 Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) which was held virtually.

"I ask the ranks of Bappeda to carry out a sweeping over all the programs in the RPJMD (Regional Medium Term Development Plan) which are in the KSD (regional strategic activities) and ensure that by 2022 everything can be completed to completion", said Anies, some time ago.

In this Musrenbang, Anies asked for an incomplete sweep of programs by asking for input from relevant stakeholders, both direct actors, and regulators from various agencies.

"That way, the RPJMD that was passed down in the KSD which was then passed down to the government work plan, God willing, could actually be carried out and we could achieve what we expected, namely Jakarta is a developed city, its citizens are happy", said Anies.

However, Anies' target to complete all programs is doubtful. The head of the PDIP faction at the DPRD DKI, Gembong Warsono, estimates that only 60 percent of the program will be completed until the end of Anies' term in DKI in 2022.

"It is impossible for the RPJMD to be completed in 2022. If it is boosted in 2021-2022, God willing, it can be up to 60 percent", said Gembong when contacted, Thursday, April 15.

How come. Gembong took the example of three major programs listed in the RPJMD, namely the Rumah DP Rp.0 (Home with Down payment IDR0), OK OCE, and river normalization.

Rumah DP Rp.0 program has a minimal realization. Based on data as of March 5, the Rumah DP Rp.0 in Pondok Kelapa has just sold 599 units of the 780 housing units provided. From the lack of realization, Anies is proposing a change in the target occupancy from 232,214 units to 10,460 units.

The river normalization has yet to be carried out. The central government has not been able to carry out the normalization construction of the Ciliwung River because the DKI Provincial Government has never acquired land for residential areas around it.

"Regarding flooding, has Mr. Anies touched it for 3 years? Hasn't it. Only the construction of vertical drainage (infiltration wells)", he said.

Then, the OK OCE program is currently not running after former DKI Deputy Governor Sandiaga Uno resigned from his position. "The target is 200 thousand new entrepreneurs from the OK OCE program. But, because OK OCE's spirit is in Sandi, now it is gone", he said.

"I'll just charge for the three programs first. If Mr. Anies finishes it, I'll give him four thumbs up. Two big toes, two thumbs up", he continued.

Separately, the Deputy Chairperson of the DPRD from the Gerindra faction, M Taufik, also did not believe that Anies could complete the program in the RPJMD.

However, he understood that because of the COVID-19 pandemic, which required several development programs to be delayed because the budget was diverted to handling the pandemic. Therefore, he still asks Anies to complete a program that can be pursued.

"Some programs must be completed. Because this is disrupted by the handling of COVID-19. Yes, maximize it", said Taufik.
