Ahmad Dhani Claims To Be Ready For One Stage With Once

JAKARTA - Behind the feud that has occurred, Ahmad Dhani expressed his willingness to return to appear on stage with Once Mekel at the Dewa 19 featuring All Stars 2.0 concert which will be held at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Central Jakarta on September 6.

With the new schedule announced, Dhani stated that his party wanted to add to the line up list by presenting several well-known guitarists from the United States, such as Paul Gilbert (Bitary Mr. Big), Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and Steve Lukather (guitarist Toto).

If the names are still unable to appear, Dhani stated the possibility to bring Once Mekel to the concert.

"If (the United States musician) can't, we'll invite Once again," Dhani said with a laugh, when met in Senayan, Central Jakarta on Monday, December 30.

However, Dhani left the final decision to Once. He did not know whether the former Dewa 19 vocalist was willing to return to one stage if asked.

"If you want it, yes," added Dhani.

The Dewa 19 frontman also did not rule out the possibility of adding local performers to fulfill the Dewa 19-cataturing All Stars 2.0 concert line-up.

"Yes, maybe Wika Salim. Wika yesterday made a single with Dewa 19," he said.

Meanwhile, the concert presented three vocalists who had collaborated with Dewa 19, namely Ari Lasso, Virzha, and Marcello Tahitoe alias Ello.

Meanwhile, the foreign musicians who are confirmed to join are John Waite (Bad English), Gary Cherone and Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme), Eric Martin and Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big), Ron Bumblefoot Thal, Dino Jelusick, and Derek Sherinian.
