Nawawi Pomolango And Albertina Ho Have A New Position In The High Court After Serving At The KPK

Nawawi Pomolango became Chairman of the Banjarmasin High Court (PT) after ending his term of office as KPK leader for the 2019-2024 period today, Friday, December 20. This decision was contained in the results of the Hakim Promotion and Mutation Team (TPM) meeting.

Apart from Nawawi, there are 50 judges who can promote and transfer. Among them are former member of the KPK Supervisory Board (Dewas) Albertina Ho who was appointed Deputy Chairperson of PT Banten after previously serving as Deputy Chair of PT Kupang.

Then there is another name, namely Tumpanuli Marbun who is a pretrial judge Thomas Trikasih Lembong. He was transferred from a judge at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) to a high judge at PT Jambi.

Another judge at the South Jakarta District Court who had won former Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights Edward Omar Sharief Hiariej against the KPK, namely Estiono, also received promotions. He is now a high judge in PT Riau Islands.

Meanwhile, two judges from the Central Jakarta District Court who released the inactive Supreme Court judges Gazalba Saleh, namely Fahzal Hendri and Rianto Adam Pontoh, were each transferred to the Palembang District Court and the Makassar District Court.

Albertina Ho previously said that he would return to being a judge after his duties as a member of the KPK Supervisory Board for the 2019-2024 period were completed. He has not yet entered retirement.

"Incidentally, I am still an ASN, still active ASN until today, until 2027. So, I will return to my original habitat as a judge," said Albertina at the ACLC KPK Building, South Jakarta, Friday, December 13.

"I haven't had my retirement period yet, but, still active, maybe I'll see you later with colleagues," he concluded.
