JAKARTA - The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) encourages all government agencies to provide inclusive services, both for the general public and vulnerable groups, such as the elderly, women, children, and people with disabilities.

"Let's start now to open access, improve infrastructure so that all people get the same rights in getting the best service from the government," said PANRB Minister Rini Widyantini at the PANRB Jakarta Ministry Office, quoted from Antara, Sunday, December 15.

At an event entitled Public Campaign for Inclusive Public Services: For You, For Me, and For Us All of them, Rini invites all agencies that have direct services to the community to campaign for more equal services to all community groups.

According to the Minister of PANRB, inclusiveness is no longer an option, but a must that must be realized. He emphasized that the Indonesian government is currently focusing on getting equal services.

"Public services are not only about providing services, but also how we respect the rights of each individual to get fair access," he said.

Rini believes that the campaign carried out by the Ministry of PANRB can be the first step to accelerate the transformation of public services which is not only inclusive but also responsive, because all people have equal rights in obtaining equal services.

"Let's make this momentum a driving force for change for people who are fairer and more prosperous," he said.

The program is one of the efforts of the Ministry of PAN RB to inspire government agencies to pay more attention to services for vulnerable groups. Agencies that have provided inclusive services are expected to be an example for other agencies.

"We hope that all government agencies will provide equal access to provide services, both for the public and for the vulnerable, including people with disabilities, women, children, or the elderly," added Rini.

On that occasion, Human Rights Minister Natalius Pigai was also present. In addition, it was also seen that various disability organizations were present to campaign together for the importance of inclusiveness in public services.
