South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Ade Ari Rahmat Idnal said that AP (40), a woman who escaped the murder by her son, MAS (14) at Bonda Indah Housing, Lebak Bulus, Cilandak, South Jakarta often pours out her heart (curhat) on her child who is now a suspect.

AP often tells MAS about APW (40), regarding the condition of his work. The story he conveyed was inseparable from economic problems.

"The child was disturbed by his mother's family problems. He said that his father should have been able to promote, his father worked in the IT department but currently has not been promoted. He can increase his position economically," said Ade, quoted from Wartakota, Monday, December 9, 2024.

According to Ade, based on a temporary analysis that the child, namely MAS, is experiencing psychological pressure, because the mother is often influenced by her mother.

However, until now the police have not revealed the motive for the murder. Meanwhile, the case file has been transferred to the South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari).

Currently MAS is in the Temporary Child Correctional Institution (LPAS). According to one of his family members, MAS is often alone, being a quiet child in LPAS.
