TARAKAN - The sole judge of the Tarakan District Court, North Kalimantan (Kaltara) Abdul Rahman granted the pretrial for the suspect in the Hasbudi Money Laundering (TPPU) case.
Hasbudi was named a money laundering offense suspect by the North Kalimantan Police Ditreskrimsus in July 2022.

In the TPPU case, the North Kalimantan Police Ditreskrimsus confiscated a number of evidences including three vehicles and 12 speedboats, as well as other assets belonging to Hasbudi.

According to Hasbudi, the determination of the suspect in the illegal gold mining case by the Bulungan Police was deemed not in accordance with procedures including the arrest of himself on May 4, 2020 at Tarakan's Juwata Airport.
