JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto invited the Japanese business delegation to participate in opening Japanese universities in Indonesia.

This was conveyed by President Prabowo when receiving a visit from the Japan Indonesia Association (Japinda) delegation at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Thursday, December 5.

"Mr. President also invited the opening of Japanese university schools in Indonesia," said Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BPKM) Rosan Perkasa Roeslani after accompanying the President.

Rosan said Indonesia had opened opportunities for several universities from the United States and Britain to open campuses in Indonesia next year. Indonesia hopes that Japan can participate.

"So it is also hoped that Japan will participate and the response will also be very positive," said Rosan.

Japanese companies attending submitted several investments that were being made.

One of the Japanese parties conveyed that the program from INPEX Masela is expected to start next year.

According to Rosan, the meeting with the Japanese business delegation will continue on Friday (6/12), by also inviting the Japanese community in Jakarta, namely the Japan Jakarta Club (JJC).
