KPK Auctions Apartment Units And Rafael Square Asset Flats

Defendant in the case of gratification and tax bribery Rafael Alun Trisambodo at the South Jakarta District Court (ANTARA)

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is auctioning off assets resulting from corruption which were confiscated from former officials of the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Taxes Rafael Alun Trisambodo.

This step follows up on the decision of the Supreme Court (MA) case number: 4101 K/Pid.Sus/2024 dated July 16, 2024 which has permanent legal force or inkrah.

"The auction will be held: Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 10.30 p.m. the auction application server time," quoted from the KPK press release, Wednesday, December 4.

The buyer's auction fee is 2 percent of the auction price. The place for the auction is at the KPK Office, Jakarta.

Here are the assets related to the Rafael case that will be auctioned off:

1. One plot of land along with the house building on Jalan Mendawai I No. 92, Kramatpela Village, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta according to the Certificate of Ownership (SHM) on behalf of Ernie Meike Torondek ( Rafael's wife). A fair value of IDR 19,785,237,000. IDR 9,000,000,000.

2. One plot of land along with a house building on Jalan Raya Srengseng, Srengseng Village, Kembangan District, West Jakarta according to SHM on behalf of Ernie Meike Torondek. A fair value of Rp. 19,240,525,000. A security deposit of Rp. 9,000,000,000.

3. One apartment unit covering an area of 35.24 square meters on the 09th floor, No unit 09 type 1 bedroom at the Signature Park Grande Tower The Light Apartment in the name of Agustinus Ranto Prasetyo. A fair value of IDR 732,372,000. IDR 360,000,000.

4. One plot of housing along with a house building on Jalan Wijaya IV No. 11A (d/h No. 13) Persil 45 Block O.II in Melawai Village, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta with the rights of SHM on behalf of Irine Suheriani Suparman. A fair value of IDR 35,503,733,000. Guarantee of IDR 17,000,000,000.

5. One plot of land along with the house building on Jalan Meruya Utara No. 6 with the rights of SHM on behalf of Rafael Alun Trisambodo. A fair value of IDR 3,320,285,000. Guarantee of IDR 1,500,000,000.

6. Two units of Kalibata City public flats, South Jakarta. A fair value of IDR 598,319,000. A security deposit of IDR 250,000,000.

In addition, the KPK will also auction off looted goods from other corruption proceeds from other convicts. The items consist of luxury bags, jewelry, bicycles, motorcycles and cars.
