JAKARTA - The head of the winning team for the candidate pair (paslon) of the Governor-Deputy Governor of Jakarta number 3 Pramono Anung-Rano Karno, Lies Hartono or Cak Lontong, admitted that his party was ready if they had to face a dispute over the results of the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada at the Constitutional Court (MK).

Opportunities for the results of the Jakarta gubernatorial election will be challenged to the Constitutional Court (MK) after the witness pair Ridwan Kamil-Suswono refused to sign the results of the recapitulation of votes in 3 sub-districts, namely Senen, Menteng, and Sawah Besar.

Meanwhile, the Pramono-Rano team has claimed the victory of the Jakarta gubernatorial election in 1 round with a vote of 50.07 percent.

"The data we conveyed earlier is fact data in the current DKI Jakarta Pilkada. So, we are very ready to face anything later in the Constitutional Court," said Cak Lontong at the Pramono-Rano winning house, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, December 3.

Cak Lontong admitted that there was no problem even though the results of the recapitulation of votes carried out by the DKI Jakarta KPU were sued by the Constitutional Court. This is because the Pramono-Rano team has prepared evidence of a copy of the recapitulation of votes collected by witnesses.

"For matters related to matters that may be prepared by other candidate pairs to later advance to the Constitutional Court, the pair 03 team has prepared matters related to anything in the event of a lawsuit at the Constitutional Court," said Cak Lontong.

On the one hand, Cak Lontong emphasized that there were no candidate witnesses who protested or objected directly during the tiered vote recapitulation process.

"This means that there is no objection for voting figures From witnesses but not to sign the results of the recapitulation is a right, yes. That has absolutely no effect and which is not automatically protesting the results or vote acquisition figures," he said.

The DKI Jakarta KPU has completed the recapitulation of the Jakarta gubernatorial election at the sub-district level. Furthermore, tiered recapitulation is carried out at the district/city level to the determination at the provincial level.

The recapitulation results on the D.Assil District-KWK form obtained by witnesses Pramono-Rano have been announced. Timses Pramono-Rano revealed that the total votes obtained by the candidate pair from the sub-district level recapitulation amounted to 2,183,239 votes or 50.07 percent.

Meanwhile, pair number 2 Dharma Pongrekun-Kun Wardana had 459,230 votes or 10.53 percent. Then, pair number 1 Ridwan Kamil-Suswono, 1,718,160 votes or 39.40 percent.

They mentioned that Pramono-Rano's votes were superior in 42 out of a total of 44 sub-districts in Jakarta. Only Cilincing District, North Jakarta and Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta with superior RK-Suswono votes.
