JAKARTA - The House of Representatives' Honorary Court (MKD) has imposed a written warning against a member of Commission V DPR from the PDIP faction, Haryanto, regarding the alleged involvement in immoral videos spread across social media networks.

"Based on legal and ethical considerations, the MKD decided that the honorable defendant Haryanto Number A-193 of the PDIP Faction was proven to have violated the code of ethics. And he was given a written warning," said the Chairman of the DPR MKD, Nazaruddin Dek Gam in the courtroom of the Honorary Court of the DPR, Tuesday, December 3.

"This decision was made in a closed MKD deliberation meeting on Tuesday, December 3, which was attended by leaders and members of the MKD. And read in the MKD session On Tuesday, December 3, 2024 and resulted in a final and binding decision since the date was read out," he continued.

During the trial, the MKD had time to play the immoral video in question. They then questioned various questions to Haryanto.
