Darjeeling Restaurant From The Maja Family Group Presents A New Concept, Let's Watch!

JAKARTA - Darjeeling is one of the favorite restaurants of the Maja Family Group located in the Serut Bajuri area, West Bandung Regency (KBB).

This relaunching was celebrated at the 'A Journey Reimagined' event on Friday, November 29, at Darjeeling, Jalan Canal, Sergeant Bajuri No. 72.

The event was enlivened with music by Raksuma as well as a new dish, to celebrate one of the favorite restaurants in the North Bandung area that is suitable for creating new memories with loved ones.

The 'A Journey Reimagined' event in Darjeeling is open to the public and invites everyone to enjoy the new Darjeeling starting from Friday 29 November.

Head of Marketing Darjeeling, Taufik Nofrizal said, this re-launching aims to reintroduce Darerjeeling as a restaurant family with a new menu that combines the flavors of Indonesia, Asia and Western.

"Because the target is for family, so in the past Maja House for young people, we wanted Darjeeling to be for the family because there is the Papila Kids Club, there is a hotel, with swimming pools and playgrounds, we want this to be a restaurant family," said Taufik in his statement, quoted on Tuesday, December 3.

Taufik said that about 60 percent of the menu was changed by presenting an authentic touch, including a typical Asian menu such as Chai Tea and a spice-rich Indian-style dish.

"So I want to remind culinary lovers that this Darjeeling can be visited at any time to try out our new menu," he said.

Chef Darjeeling's Corporate, Alvin Kapau, said that this new menu prioritizes an authentic taste that reminds home cooking.

Other new menus include:

Salad: Thai Beef Salad, Grill Chicken Salad, Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken.

Sharing Food: Snack Plate, Mac & Cheese Ball, Flat Bread with Chicken Curry & Red Curry Dip, as well as various pizza options such as Pizza Cheese & Pesto and Beef Salami Pizza.

Indonesian Menu: Rice Fried Fish Salt, Iga Bakar Darerjeeling, And Rice Grilled Fish Sambal Matah.

Menu Anak: Corn Dog, Hamburg Minggu & Rice, dan Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Rice.

Jumbo Delight Menu: Middle East Feast and Sizzling BBQ Spread.

Darjeeling also pampers tea lovers in collaboration with Oza Tea, an artist's local tea producer.

We present a unique mixture of tea such as black tea with lavender and rosella. The concept is family-friendly with bohemian and Indian Parisian themes," said Kerjeeling's Corporate Head Bar and Beverage, Ronny Holicka.

One of the mainstay drinks is Chai Tea, a mixture of tea, milk, and typical Indian spices that are creamy, sweet, and fragrant. These drinks are designed to be suitable for all people to enjoy, including children.
