Because he said, Syarief allegedly deliberately brought down SBY related to the registration of PD brand to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (KI) Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

"People close to SBY such as Syarief Hasan as his confession in various media should be suspected as the party that brought down SBY", Darmizal said in his written statement, Monday, April 12.

In addition to bringing down SBY, according to Darmizal, PD brand registration is also an attempt to embarrass the 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia.

"I see an effort from people close to SBY who give inappropriate input. Of course, the impact will embarrass Cikeas", said Darmizal.

He revealed PD registration file as a brand to the Directorate General of KI was accidentally found by the PD spokesman KLB version. It was said Darmizal, inversely proportional to the attitude of SBY in 2002 while serving as Minister of Ministry for Politics, Law, and Security Police in the era of President Megawati. At that time, the chairman of the upper house of the PD expressly stated that he was not involved in establishing the PD.

"Later SBY and his family actually showed (his role, red). The attitude is very reversed, which is as if to be the sole ruler of the PD all the time", explained the former Democratic Party secretary-general.

Darmizal also reminded SBY more sensitive to those around him who give input.

"This is certainly very embarrassing, especially against a former President who has been in power for ten years. Syarief Hasan should have been removed for the incident (brand registration, red)", concluded Darmizal.

Earlier, Upper House member of the Democratic Party Syarief Hasan, said the move of the Chairman of the Upper House of the Democratic Party Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) to register the intellectual property rights (HAKI) of the Democratic Party on his personal behalf to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumhan) was appropriate.

"Mr. SBY's move to register it as a patent is correct and must be done," Syarief told reporters On Sunday, April 11.

According to Syarief, SBY is the founder and founder of the Democratic Party even though it is not listed by name. SBY created the name, emblem, and meaning, the ideology of the party, the marching song to the hymn of the Democratic Party.
