JAKARTA - The British government supports Indonesia in increasing the need for a fleet of fishing vessels as part of the commitment of the two countries to promote a sustainable 'blue economy'.
The Joint Statement issued by the British Government through pageov.uk stated Britain's readiness to collaborate with Indonesia in providing sophisticated, innovative, and environmentally friendly vessels through the start-up project being developed.

The Joint Statement came after British Prime Minister and President Prabowo Subianto, who are currently in the UK, agreed to strengthen cooperation in celebration of 75 years of bilateral relations between the two countries.
