Lia Eden Dies, Her Body Cremated Today

JAKARTA - Lia Aminuddin aka Lia Eden, reportedly passed away on Friday, April 9. He once horrified Indonesia with the Salamullah community he led, because he had been dossier about blasphemy.

"The Queen of Heaven who spread the sanctity of God's revelations is home," as quoted from the Instagram account of the Union of Journalists for Diversity (Cool), Monday, April 12.

"Goodbye, Lia Eden. Rest in a peaceful victory," as quoted from Sejuk's account.

He will be cremated at Grand Heaven, Heaven Garden Pluit, North Jakarta. The cremation process will be held at 11.00 WIB.

"Today at 11 o'clock. at Grand Heaven, Jalan Pluit Raya number 191. Cremation process on the 5th floor," said a Gran Heaven officer who confirmed VOI.

The emergence of Lia Aminudin aka Lia Eden angered Indonesia. He claimed to have received revelation from Gabriel. For his belief, he also gained a number of followers through the Holy Throne of the Kingdom of God.

After that many, MUI made a fatwa that the teachings of Lia Eden are misguided. Lia Eden was arrested on charges of blasphemy. He was last sentenced to 2.5 years in prison and released on April 15, 2011.

While free, Lia claimed to be unfazed and would continue to broadcast her beliefs by reconciling all religions.

"Ah no. I'm not kapok. I will return with my noble duty. I'm not afraid. It's God's business to do. God's mandate must be done," said Lia Eden.

"I have never committed a crime. I spent 4.5 years in prison not for committing a crime," said Lia Eden.
