Police Hunt For Residents Shooting In Nagan Raya Aceh

The Nagan Raya Police, Aceh Province, deployed personnel to hunt down the shooter against Heri Julianda, a resident of Padang Panyang Village, Kuala Pesisir District, a local district that occurred on Wednesday night at around 19.00 WIB.

"We are still investigating this case, the victim was injured in the right eye, currently he has been referred to Zainoel Abidin Hospital in Banda Aceh," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Nagan Raya Police, Aceh, Iptu Vitra Ramadani to ANTARA, Thursday, November 21.

Based on temporary information obtained by the police at the scene, said Iptu Vitra Ramadani, the victim Heri Julianda was shot on Wednesday (20/11) night at around 19.00 WIB.

At the time of the incident, the victim was sitting on the terrace of the PGRI Padang Panyang kindergarten yard, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh with his friend and playing gadgets.

Then the victim felt on the right side of the eye, like being hit by an air rifle bullet.

Before feeling shot, victim Heri Julianda also heard the sound of a rifle eruption, said Vitra Ramadani.

In a state of illness and injury, the victim returned home on foot, to report that the victim was shot on the right side of the eye.

The victim's family who saw the victim was injured, then took the victim Heri Julianda to the Padang Panyang Health Center, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya.

Because the injuries suffered by the victim were very serious, victim Heri Julianda was then referred to Nagan Raya Hospital for further media handling.

"Based on the results of the X-rays, there was a PCV air rifle bullet in the victim's right eye," said Iptu Vitra Ramadani.

As of Wednesday night, the victim Heri Julianda had been referred to Dr Zainal Abidin Hospital in Banda Aceh, because the injuries suffered by the victims were very severe.

Iptu Vitra Ramadani said that until now, the police are still investigating the case, and have conducted an investigation to determine the cause of this incident.
