Hasis Production Drug Lab In Bali Earns IDR 1.5 Trillion In Cash

The Directorate of Drug Crimes (Ditipidnarkoba) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police stated that the clendestine laboratory, which was raided Monday (18/11) in Badung, Bali, generated around Rp1.5 trillion in two months from the manufacture of narcotics hasith and happy five.

"This clinical laboratory has been operating for two months with an estimated value of evidence that can be produced in the drug business worth IDR 1.5 trillion," said the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Komjen Wahyu Widada, Tuesday, November 19.

Wahyu said the use of 1 gram of Hasis can be consumed by 1 user, with a price of 1 gram, which is worth 220 US dollars per gram and if converted into Rp. 3.5 million per gram.

The nominal is based on evidence that was secured at the scene of the case at a villa in Uluwatu, Badung Regency, Bali where there are 35,710 happy five pills, hasis and raw materials 169.9 kilograms.

According to Wahyu, if you look at the existing raw materials, the production of hasith and happy five in the laboratory can be more than those that have been secured by officers. On the production side, the equipment used by the perpetrators can produce large amounts of hashish. The proceeds of these crimes were also widely circulated in Bali. In producing hashish, the perpetrators extracted THC content in marijuana in a comparison of every 1,000 grams of marijuana extracted to 200 grams of hashish.

Wahyu stated that the disclosure of the case was a follow-up to President Prabowo Subianto's direction to eradicate drugs. Therefore, his party is committed to eradicating drugs to save Indonesia's young generation.

"We need to emphasize that we are committed to continuing to act decisively in eradicating drug trafficking and abuse in Indonesia so that our nation is protected from the dangers of drug abuse," he said.

Previously, the Directorate of Drug Crimes (Ditipidnarkoba), Bareskrim Polri, raided a narcotics laboratory in a villa in Uluwatu, Badung Regency, Bali, Monday (18/11).

The disclosure of the case is a development of the disclosure of narcotics cases that occurred in Jogjakarta last September. In this case, the police arrested four perpetrators who acted as drug dealers.

From the results of the investigation by the perpetrators, the drugs were boosted to be produced massively to be marketed at the moment of the new year 2026 in the Bali area and Java Island to abroad.
