DPP Affirms News Of Cancellation Of The Golkar Party's AD/ART By The Inaccurate Administrative Court, Bahlil Sah Becomes Chairman

JAKARTA - The chairman of the Golkar Party DPP, Dave Akbarshah Fikarno or Dave Laksono, confirmed that the news regarding the cancellation of the AD/ART by the State Administrative Court (PTUN) was not true.

"That's not true," said Dave when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, November 14.

Dave emphasized that Bahlil Lahadalia is valid as General Chair of the Golkar Party. Likewise, the management structure of the party bearing the banyan symbol for the period 2024-2029.

"The management of Golkar under the leadership of Doctor Bahlil is legal," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the Jakarta Administrative Court would decide the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No.M.HH-3.AH.03 of 2024 concerning the Ratification of the new Golkar Party's AD/ART, canceled or not.

The new AD/ART is set at the XI National Conference. When the National Conference, Bahlil Lahadalia was appointed as General Chair of Parta Golkar.

This lawsuit was filed by M. Ilhamsyah Ainun Mattimu, an active cadre of the Golkar Party, represented by an advocate team from Alfan Anu Datar.

One of M. Ilhamsyah's lawyers, Muhamad Kadafi, said the lawsuit was based on the discrepancy in the implementation of the XI National Conference (Munas) of the Golkar Party with the previous Golkar Party's AD/ART. The XI National Conference, which is the basis for the ratification of the new AD/ART, will be held on August 20-21, 2024.

"Meanwhile, according to the previous AD / ART, the National Conference should be held in December 2024 once every 5 years," said Kadafi.

Kadafi also believes that the lawsuit will most likely be accepted. "Regarding the Administrative Court, our lawsuit documents have been received in full. However, it has not been decided. Although we are sure that the lawsuit will most likely be accepted," he said.
