KPK Auctions Corrupt Goods From Cars To Land On March 21: Check Implementation And Requirements!

JAKARTA – Good news for Indonesians who like to snack on auction items. Wednesday, March 21, 2021, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will hold an auction of corrupt loot that has been accommodated.

The goods offered at the auction will be quite diverse, including land worth Rp4.7 billion, cars, motorcycles, to mobile phones. To get these items, bidders need to prepare funds and keep in mind the time limit. Because the auction bidder limit will be closed at 13.00 WIB.

The confiscated goods were taken from several cases of misuse of state money, including the corruption of former SKK Migas Head of golf coach Rudi Rubiandini, Deviardi; former PUPR Cadre of Bengkayang Regency, Aleksius; former Regent of Purbalingga, Tasdi; and Tubagus Cepy Septhiady.

Corruption Goods Auction Conducted Online

The place of auction of tipikor goods is located at the Office of State Wealth Services and Auctions (KPKNL) Jakarta III. It is located at Jalan Prajurit KKO Usman and Harun, Number 10, Central Jakarta.

Ali Fikri, PLT Spokesman kpk, revealed the implementation of the auction will be held online. Bidders will be asked to bid in writing.

"KPK through KPKNL Jakarta III will carry out an auction of booty execution in the condition as is carried out by bidding in writing without the presence of auction participants through the internet (e-auction) with the method of 'Closed Bidding'," he said.

Furthermore, he explained, for immovable goods (land and buildings) there will be a buyer's auction fee of 2 percent of the auction price. Meanwhile, for the remaining 3 percent is charged on moving goods,".he said.

Corruption items auctioned: Land

The auction item with the highest value is 1 land area of 240 M² located at Jalan H Ramli Number 15 RT 01, RW 015, Menteng Dalam Subdistrict, Tebet District, South Jakarta.

According to the photocopy of deed of sale and operation of notary rights Ani Adriani Sukmayantini, S.H., Number 3 dated June 7, 2013, ownership along with buildings and objects contained on it. (NOT YET CERTIFIED / NOT REGISTERED AT THE AUTHORIZED LAND OFFICE / BPN RI) with a limit price of Rp 4,775,368,000 with a security deposit of Rp 980,000,000;

Mobile

There are 6 units of hanphone with various brands offered at this auction. Apple Iphone Model A1524 black gray color, HP Apple serial number FK4VWUTPJCL6, HP Nokia black model RM-1190, and IMEI 353054095313995, HP Nokia model E90-1, HP Samsung SM-J320G white color, HP Oppo, Type A371 white silver color with a limit price of Rp 5,164,000 with a security deposit of Rp 1,200,000;

Then there are 5 more mobile phone units auctioned.  Among others Hp Apple, Model Number MN4M2ZP/A, HP Vivo, Model 1808, HP Apple model number MQ8U2LL/A, HP Nokia model RM-1110, HP, HP Oppo, type CPH1701 with a limit price of Rp 2,684,000 with a security deposit of Rp 600,000;
