Meet Mas Gibran In Loji Gandrung, Ahok Recalls The First Meeting With Jokowi 2012 Ago

SOLO - Former Governor of DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama aka Ahok recalled the moment of his meeting with Joko Widodo (Jokowi) at the Office House, Loji Gandrung, several years ago.

This was revealed by Ahok when he met Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka at the same location on Wednesday, April 7.

"I used to come here, I remember February 9, 2012 met Mr. Jokowi when he was mayor of Solo. Now the second visit meets, stops by, meets his son already the Mayor of Solo," Ahok said with a laugh at the location.

Before discussing with Gibran, The President Commissioner of Pertamina took the time to look at the contents of Loji Gandrung's room. Some paintings to ornaments are also observed by Ahok.

Ahok said he wanted to go to Cepu. Because there is free time, Ahok also contacted Gibran to meet.

"Because it's still early in the morning I stay in Solo. Contact mr. Mayor, there is no time I want to stop by," said Ahok.

At the same location, Gibran added, meetings with Ahok have often occurred but not much time is spent discussing or exchanging ideas. Last seen when his father Jokowi was sworn in.

"It's been a long time since I met, I last met you at the inauguration, there's never been a conversation again," Gibran said.

So what did you say in that meeting? "It's just dinner," Gibran said.
