Edhy Prabowo Pays Rent To Anggia Tesalonika Apartment, Buys Honda HRV Car, Watches Rolex With Bribes

JAKARTA - The Public Prosecutor of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said the bribes received by Edhy Prabowo were used to pay for the apartment ewa special staff (stafsus), car purchases, purchases of watches to bicycles.

This was conveyed by the KPK Prosecutor when reading the bribery charges of Edhy Prabowo, Suharjito the owner and Director of PT Dua Putera Perkasa Pratama (PT DPPP), at the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, reported antara, Wednesday, April 7.

"Based on the facts of the trial, witness Amiril Mukminin for the benefit of witness Edhy Prabowo also paid money from defendants and other exporters as well as pt ACK profits for a number of things," said JPU KPK Siswandhono.

In this case, Suharjito Suharjito was sentenced to 3 years in prison plus a fine of Rp200 million subsider 6 months of confinement, for bribing former Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Edhy Prabowo worth a total of Rp2,146 billion consisting of 103 thousand US dollars (about Rp1.44 billion) and Rp706,001,440.

The money, according to prosecutors, was used among others to:

1. Pay the rental fee for the apartment of witness Anggia Tesalonika Kloer (special staff of Edhy Prabowo).

2. Advance payment on the purchase of Honda HRV car for use by witness Anggia Tesalonika Kloer amounting to Rp200 million.

3. Pay the rental fee of witness Fidya Yusfi apartment (special staff of Edhy Prabowo) amounting to Rp160 million.

4. The purchase of Toyota Fortuner car for amri witness (Edhy Prabowo's friend) amounted to Rp548 million.

5. The purchase of Jacob & Co watches for Edhy Prabowo amounted to Rp374,960 million.

6. The purchase of Rolex brand watches for Edhy Prabowo amounted to Rp740 million and the tax payment was Rp175 million.

7. Purchase of 8 bicycle units amounting to Rp168,400 million.

PT ACK itself is a company made by Amiril Mukminin on the orders of Edhy Prabowo to find freight forwarding companies for use in the export of lobster clear seeds (BBL).

PT ACK cooperates with PT Perishable Logistics Indonesia (PLI) with a share of PT PLI's operating income of Rp350 per BBL head, and PT ACK gets Rp1,450, so the overall cost for BBL exports is Rp1,800 per BBL head.

The shares of PT ACK are Achmad Bactiar and Amri as an extension of Edhy Prabowo by 41.65 percent each, bringing the total to 83.3 percent, and Yudi Surya Atmaja (representation of PT PLI owner Siswadi Pranoto Loe) by 16.7 percent.

"The money amounting to Rp706,001,440 paid by Suharjito to PT ACK along with payment money from other exporters was then divided as a profit to Amri and Achmad Bahtiar as shareholders, but the savings book and ATM card in the name of both were held and managed by Amiril Mukminin for the benefit of witness Edhy Prabowo, among them transferred to BNI account in the name of Ainul Faqih," said the prosecutor.

Account management in the name of Ainul Faqih was done by means, among others, when witness Edhy Prawobow and his wife Iis Rosita Dewi made a visit to the United States on November 17-24, 2020, Amirul asked witness Ainul Faqih to change the Platinum Debit Card to Emerald Personal Debit Card.

Furthermore, Ainul handed over the Emerald Personal Debit Card to Edhy Prabowo to be brought during a visit to the United States and used as a means of transaction Edhy and Iis among others buy:

1. 1 Rolex type Oyster Perpetual men's watch.

2. 1 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust brand watch in silver rose gold.

3. 1 rolex women's rose gold watch.

4. 1 black Tumi brand wallet.

5. 1 black Tumi brand luggage bag.

6. 1 Tumi brand briefcase/business.

7. 2 Mount Blanc pens along with 2 refillable pens.

8. 1 louis vuitton luggage bag dark color patterned LV type soft trunk.

9. 1 bag brand Bottega Veneta Made In Italy.

10. 1 louis vuitton bag dark color patterned LV type soft trunk.

11. A pair of black Louis Vuitton men's shoes.

12. 1 bag brand Hermes Paris Made In France cream brown.

13. 1 black Tumi brand luggage bag.

14. Some old navy shirts, pants, bags, jackets and raincoats, with details:

a. 3 old navy children's clothes;

b. 19 Old Navy brand pants;

c. 1 blue child bag dongker Old Navy brand;

d. 5 Old Navy brand hoodie jackets;

e. 12 old navy green raincoats;

15. 6 perfume brand Blue de Chanel Paris navy blue color size 100 ml.

"The total expenditure of witness Edhy Prabowo using BNI Debit Emerald Personal Card on behalf of witness Ainul Faqih is a total of Rp753,655,366. Based on the description above, the element of 'giving a gift or promise' has been fulfilled and proven legally," said the prosecutor.
