The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has named Thomas Trikasih Lembong or TTL as suspects in the alleged corruption case of sugar imports at the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag) for the 2015 to 2016 period.
Thomas Trikasih Lembong or known as Tom Lembong is a former Minister of Trade (Mendag).
"The suspect is TTL as Minister of Trade 2015-2016," said Director of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office, Abdul Qohar, Tuesday, October 29.
Apart from Tom Lembong, investigators also named another suspect who is the Director of Business Development of PT PPI for the 2015-2016 period.
"The two suspects are on behalf of DS, Director of Business Development of PT PPI for the 2015-2016 period, based on the suspect's tap letter on October 29, 2024," said Qohar.
