Kevin Aprilio Officially Becomes A Father, Addie MS Leaves A Message Don't Develop Children

JAKARTA - Musician Addie MS admits that he has given advice to his eldest son, Kevin Aprilio, who has just officially become a father.

Addie said that being a parent in the digital era has bigger challenges than in the past.

He also asked Kevin Aprilio to be more careful because the times can affect his daughter's mentality in the future.

"I always tell Kevin, 'that your challenge to raise your child is currently higher, more difficult than in the papa era. During my time to parents and previously there were no gadgets, no social media and so on'," said Addie MS in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Friday, October 25.

"With all that convenience, if we are not careful, people can be less strong, because everything is usually easier, later they will be challenged or tested a little, it can be easier to get mentally and stay tuned," he continued.

Addie told Kevin not to spoil his first grandson too much later and to teach his son's mentality to be strong.

"So don't always want to make it easier for children, pamper with this facility. Remember first, you grew up too, even though we are not too good, but we teach it to be difficult too," explained Addie MS.

"Hopefully you will educate your children later, don't be afraid to see your child in trouble. Because you have to experience difficulties too, the child's challenges," he said.
