The Palembang District Prosecutor's Office, South Sumatra received suspects and evidence (Phase II) in the murder and casting of ANTARA's body/DOK

PALEMBANG - The Palembang District Attorney's Office, South Sumatra, received suspects and evidence (Pahap II) in the murder and casting of a corpse at a clothing store in Maskarebet Palembang which was revealed on June 26, 2024.

Subsidiary to Article 339 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code Subsidies Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.

"The Public Prosecutor (JPU) can immediately draw up a plan to prosecute the suspects at the trial to be held. The perpetrators after stage two were immediately taken to the Class 1 Pakjo Palembang Detention Center," he said when confirmed in Palembang, Antara, Friday, October 25.

According to the Palembang District Attorney's Intelligence Office, after implementing phase II of the Palembang Police investigator team, it is hoped that the public prosecutor will immediately prepare all administrative processes related to the case and immediately carry out the delegation of cases at the Palembang District Court for trial.

Previously, the case of the murder and casting of cooperative employees was revealed after officers from the Palembang Polrestabes, South Sumatra found a missing person in a cement coran at a clothing store on Jalan KH Dahlan Blok D2 No. 1-2 Maskarebet.

The discovery was revealed after the police arrested a perpetrator who had been chased and arrested in Batam City on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.

Then the police hunted down the main perpetrators in the case, until the main perpetrator was arrested in West Sumatra.

Police officers immediately took the main suspect with the initials ANT to Palembang and arrived at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport in Palembang using a plane from Garuda Indonesia airline flight GA-144 at around 18:35 WIB.
