At The South Jakarta District Court, Siskaeee Kapok Is Involved In Pornography

JAKARTA Sentenced to one year in prison, the defendant Fransiska Candra Novitasari alias Siskaeee admitted that he was involved in pornographic films produced in the South Jakarta (Jaksel) area.

He considers the current case as a lesson he will no longer do in the future.

Kapok kapok kapok, kapok banget. Siska kapok banget. Ini akan jadi yang terakhir kali, kata Siskaeee usai persidangan di Pengadilan Negei (PN) Jakarta Selatan (Jaksel), Senin, 21 Oktober.

Siskaeee admitted that he was grateful to receive a 1 year sentence, lighter than the demands of the Public Prosecutor (JPU), which was 2.5 years in prison.

Regarding the appeal against the decision of the South Jakarta District Court Judge, Siskaeee admitted that he could not convey it at this time.

The Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta District Court (Jaksel) sentenced Fransiska Candra Novitasari alias Siskaeee to 1 year in prison for the case of producing pornographic films in the South Jakarta (Jaksel) area.

Judge Sri Rejeki Marsinta said the defendants were charged with Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
