In Order To Win Ridwan Kamil-Suswono, RIDO Team Claims There Are 200 Community Registering To Become Volunteers

JAKARTA - To win the Candidate for Governor and Candidate for Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ridwan Kamil-Suswono (RIDO), Secretary of the RIDO Winning Team, Basri Baco claimed that 200 volunteer communities had registered.

"The total registered is around 200 (communities) volunteers and this declaration is the 5th day and the average declaration is 6-7 communities. So there are approximately 35 volunteer communities that have been declared," said Basri Baco, quoted from ANTARA, Saturday, October 19. Baco Basri at the DKI Jakarta Regional Leadership Council (DPD) Office, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Saturday, said that these volunteer communities moved on their own will to support RIDO in facing the Jakarta Pilkada, 27 November 2024.

"Today's atmosphere is a bit different because the communities present are large volunteers in Jakarta. They brought in quite a lot of people so that in this field they gathered around 700-800 people," he said.

According to him, the existence of important volunteers as an instrument won the battle. "Because these volunteer friends they move with their own abilities, with their own funds," said the Deputy Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD.

For the location of this program, he said, it will be prioritized in densely populated settlements and those who need assistance. He hopes that this program can alleviate the needs of the people of Jakarta, especially those who really need it.

"On average we target densely populated areas, and those that do require free treatment, free reading glasses, cheap sugar cane and free milk," he said.

The chairman of the RIDO Winning Team, Ahmad Riza Patria or Ariza, appreciated the support of the volunteer community to RIDO. Even though RIDO is supported by 15 political parties in Jakarta, the existence of a volunteer community is still needed as a prayer machine in the field.

"Of course the support of the volunteers is not great if it is from the support of political parties, because volunteers come full of sincerity, willingness, sincerity, unconditionally, without position and without lure," concluded Ariza.
