Encourage SOEs To Become Super Learners, BTN Is Committed To Printing Superior Human Resources

JAKARTA - BTN realized its commitment to creating superior human resources to achieve Indonesia Gold's vision 2045 by being trusted to host the 2024 BUMN Learning Festival on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at the BTN Tower, Central Jakarta.

This activity entitled Be Agile, Be a Lifelong Learner is expected to encourage the quality of SOE personnel to continue to develop sustainably. The 2024 BLF activity was initiated by the Ministry of SOEs in collaboration with the Indonesian Human Capital Forum and the BUMN School of Excellence. This event was attended by more than 500 participants who attended in stages and nearly 2000 participants who attended online.

Since the Ministry of SOEs made the main values of SOE personnel into AKHLAK, namely Amanah, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative in 2021, the performance of BUMN human resources recorded satisfactory results. President Director of BTN, Nixon LP Napitulu emphasized that the implementation of the BUMN Learning Festival is a commitment to create superior human resources with a strong AKHLAK foundation.

"The superior BTN human resources will encourage the housing sector. The advanced housing sector will provide a ripple effect for 185 other sectors and encourage the national economy," said Nixon as a press release received by VOI editors, Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

The event was also attended by Deputy for Human Resources, Technology, and Information Management of the Ministry of SOEs Tedi Bharata, Assistant Deputy HR of the Ministry of SOEs Muhammad Rizal Kamal, and General Chairperson of FHCI Agus Dwi Handaya.
