JAKARTA - The Palestinian Ministry of Education said about 11,406 students were killed and 8,556 injured since the onset of Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank as the latest conflict broke out in the Palestinian enclave in October last year.

The Ministry of Education confirmed in a statement Tuesday that the number of students killed in the Gaza Strip since the start of aggression reached more than 11,292, and those injured reached 17,965.
