JAKARTA - MPR chairman Ahmad Muzani said his party would hold a dirty rehearsal for the inauguration of the president and vice president elected for the 2024 election on Friday (18/10) and a clean rehearsal on Saturday (19/10).
This week the MPR has made various preparations to decorate the inauguration of the elected president and vice president which will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2024.
"This week, decoration preparations will be made, then dirty rehearsals starting Friday, clean rehearsals starting Saturday," said Muzani as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 15.
But Muzani did not reveal the decoration theme prepared by the MPR for the inauguration of the president and vice president for the 2024-2029 period.
"Just look at it later," he said.
Muzani also admitted that he did not know whether at the rehearsal the elected president and vice president would come or be represented.
"I don't know who will represent Pak Prabowo later, who will represent Mas Gibran," he said.
