The verdict of the panel of judges was declared inkrah after seven days after reading the verdict, neither the public prosecutor nor the defendant's legal advisor filed an appeal.

"With this attitude, the parties are considered to accept the decisions that have been determined by the panel of judges and the decisions already have permanent legal force or commitment," he said.

Ginting added that the decision of the Trenggalek District Court judge was lower than the demands of the public prosecutor.

Previously, the public prosecutor demanded Masduki 10 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 100 million, subsidiary to six months in prison.

"Meanwhile, Faisol's demands are higher, namely 11 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 100 million, subsidiary to 6 months in prison," he said.
