Assets in the form of Hotel Solo Baru were confiscated from suspect Benny Tjokropsaputro (BTS).

The confiscation of one plot of land and / or building was confirmed by the AGO as having obtained permission from the chairman of the Sukoharjo District Court with a letter of determination Number: 82 / Pen.Pid / 2021 / PN.Skh dated April 1, 2021.

"The confiscated suspect's assets will then be assessed or assessed by the public appraisal service office (KJPP) to be calculated as saving state financial losses in the next process," continued Kapuspenkum.

Previously, the Attorney General's team of investigators also confiscated assets in the form of land, mall and hotel belonging to Benny Tjokro, a suspect in the alleged corruption case at PT Asabri.

The confiscated assets in the form of land, mall and hotel belonging to corruption suspect Asabri Benny Tjokro are in Mempawah and Pontianak, West Kalimantan.

Leonard said that the assets confiscated were in the form of six plots of land and / or buildings. The confiscation was confirmed by the Deputy Chairman of the Pontianak District Court on Thursday, March 25.
