"I am ready to help according to his request as an advisor, if the assistance is still being requested," Luhut continued.

Khofifah Indar Parawansa is also a figure who refuses to become Prabowo's minister. The reason is that the former Minister of Social Affairs and Governor of East Java want to focus on competing in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Head Election (Pilkada).

In this election, Khofifah again ran as a Candidate for Governor of East Java (East Java, paired with Emil Dardak as Deputy Governor Candidate.

The pair will compete with Tri Rismaharini-Zahrul Asumta (Gus Hans) and Luluk Nur Hamidah-Lukmanul Khakim in fighting for the voices of the people of East Java.

Apart from Luhut and Khofifah, Hashim Djojohadikusumo also emphasized that he would not become a minister in the Prabowo-Gibran Cabinet.

In fact, Hashim is the Deputy Chairman of the Gerindra Party Board of Trustees and also the younger brother of the elected President Prabowo Subianto.

"I am not interested in entering the (Prabowo-Gibran) cabinet, I will not become a minister, meaning that one seat is still empty," said Hashim while attending an Economic Discussion with Senior International Entrepreneurs at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Building, Jakarta, Monday, October 7, 2024.

Hashim stated that he had been offered his older brother to become a minister. However, the offer was rejected.

"I have no intention (to become a minister), I think I just need to participate in drafting the concept of the upcoming government," said Hashim.
