Sad News, KPK Employee Joko Susilo Dies At Mount Sindur

JAKARTA - The sad news came again from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The employee of the Setpim-Stranas unit died on Saturday, April 3 at his residence in Pamulang, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency.

"It is true. As the information we received, the deceased of one of the KPK employees who served at the Setpim-Stranas unit, the late Joko Susilo, on Saturday, April 3," said Acting KPK spokesman for the field of prosecution Ali Fikri in his written statement, Monday, 5 April.

He did not elaborate on the death of Joko at his residence. However, his colleague's departure has left deep sorrow.

"We all mourn the death of the deceased as a co-worker. We pray, that the deeds of worship of the deceased will be accepted by and be forgiven for all his sins and get a glorious place by God's side," he said.

Furthermore, the body was buried in Lampung. Meanwhile, Yonathan Demme Tangdilintin, Head of the General Bureau of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) acted as a representative for the KPK.

"Head of the General Bureau of the KPK, Yonathan Demme Tangdilintin, has handed over the body to the family of the deceased in Lampung and was also present at the funeral procession of the deceased," concluded Ali.
