Threatened With Fun Photos Spread, Junior High School Students In Demak Become Rape Victims By Students

DEMAK - The immoral case of sexual intercourse of a junior high school student with a high school student is again crowded in Demak Regency, Central Java. With the threat of spreading exciting photos, the victim was tricked into being raped by the perpetrator. This case emerged after a video of the sexual abuse in an empty building circulated on social media.

From a nine-second video circulating on a short message from the social media network, it shows a girl in red and a black veil being the victim of sexual abuse by a man who was recorded in the video and witnessed by the perpetrator's friend.

From a video of the sexual abuse case involving a child with a legal conflict (ABH) a junior high school student with the initials KR aged 13. During the police investigation, it was revealed that the victim with the initials DN (13), a private junior high school student in Mijen District, Demak was also a victim of sexual immorality committed by FN (15), a high school student in Welahan District, Jepara.

Kasatreskrim Demak Police AKP Winardi said the Demak Police Satreskrim PPA Unit was still seriously investigating cases of sexual abuse and sexual intercourse that befell junior high school students. The case was reported by the victim's parents on September 30, 2024, after the circulation of the video.

Chronology begins when the victim gets acquainted via text message. After intensely getting acquainted, the victim was asked by FN to send a half-naked photo. After meeting, the victim was forced to comply with the perpetrator's request to have sex like a husband and wife in an empty building in the Mijen sub-district, Demak.

"Furthermore, the child who is in conflict with the law asks to meet the victim, after meeting to serve to have sex, if he doesn't want it, the photo that has been sent will be distributed," said AKP Winardi, Monday.

Terungkap, FN sudah melakukan percepatan terhadap korban sebanyak dua kali di lokasi yang sama dengan waktu malam hari pada Agustus dan September 2024. Dengan ancaman bakal menyebar foto fun tersebut, korban mau dipercehi oleh pelaku hingga sempat mengeluarkan sejumlah uang kepada FN.

ABH with the initials FN was detained by the Demak Police and threatened with the Child Protection Act with the threat of 15 years in prison.
