The formula used to calculate the cost of managing AJB to SHM or changing the name of the land certificate due to the sale and purchase transaction is: Land value (per square meter) x area (square meter): 1000 + registration fee.

For illustration, for example, a newly purchased plot of land has an area of 100 square meters in the A region, where the Land Office sets the value of land in the region at IDR 1 million per square meter. So, the cost of taking care of AJB to SHM is: IDR 1,000,000 x 100: 1000 = IDR 100,000.

From this calculation, the applicant needs to pay a fee of Rp. 100,000 plus a registration fee of Rp. 50,000, bringing the total to Rp. 150,000.
