Sukabumi Police Criminal Investigation Unit arrested three youths and a housewife allegedly involved in the murder case of Diki Jaya (22) whose body was found rotting in a retaining wall (TPT) in Cilengka Village, Sukabumi Regency, West Java, last Sunday.

"From the results of the investigation, it turned out that the victim's colleague, while an IRT, was the parent of one of the suspects," said Sukabumi Police Chief AKBP Samian, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, October 7.

The initials of the perpetrator N (19) are residents of Wisata Beach, Citepus Village, Palabuhanratu District who are the main actors. Then GM (20) a resident of Ciseureuh Talang Village, Karangtengah Village, Gunungpuyuh District, Sukabumi City.

Furthermore, J (18) and E (49) have the same address as suspect N. Meanwhile, the victim, Diki Jaya (22) is the latest address on Jalan Budi Mulia, Pademangan District, North Jakarta, Jakarta.

According to Samian, in this case it was revealed that the main perpetrator, N, was the child of E and for the location of the murder at the shop which also belonged to suspect E, precisely at WIsata Beach Citepus.

The murder case began when N picked up Diki Jaya at her mother's house in Cipalang Baru Village, Citepus Village, Palabuhanratu District on Saturday (21/9) night then gathered at the suspect's house with two other suspects, namely GM and J for a liquor party.

When it was fun drinking liquor, suddenly there was a verbal altercation between N and the victim. Suspect N, who did not accept it and was affected by alcohol, then took a kitchen knife from inside his house.

In a state of loss of reason, N then stabbed Diki in the neck using a kitchen knife, immediately the victim immediately fell on the sand of Citepus Beach. Not satisfied, the victim who was helpless and face down, N stabbed the victim in the back twice which resulted in Diki's death at the scene.

The suspects, GM and J, who panicked, saw that the victim was dead and then helped N bury Diki's body on the beach or around the scene. However, E, who is the mother of suspect N, was worried that the traces of her child's murder, was caught ordering N, GM and J to dispose of Diki's body around TPT located in RT 01/05, Pasirbaru Village, Cisolok District or where the victim's body was found.

The main perpetrators of this murder case are N, while GM, J and E participated or helped N eliminate evidence and hide the victim's death.

At the time of the incident, both the perpetrator and the victim were having a drinking party, so that when there was a misunderstanding between N and Diki, the suspect could not dampen his emotions and was desperate to kill his colleague.

Head of the Sukabumi Police Satreskrim AKP Ali Jupri said that in disclosing this murder case, his party used the scientific crime investigation (SCI) method.

For the evidence confiscated, among others, the kitchen knife used by suspect N to kill the victim, a short and long hoe to bury the victim's body, the last clothes worn by the victim and a Yamaha Mio motorcycle with no police license plate.

The suspects were charged under Article 338 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to one E of the Criminal Code and or 181 of the Criminal Code and or 221 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of 15 years in prison.
