Puan Leads The Last Plenary Session, Closes The Session Period Of The DPR For The 2019-2024 Period

JAKARTA - The Indonesian House of Representatives will hold a plenary session at the end of the term of office of legislative members for the 2019-2024 period today, Monday, September 30. In this last plenary meeting, Puan Maharani will give her final speech as Chair of the DPR for the 2019-2024 period.

Before ending his term of office, the Indonesian House of Representatives will first agree on several draft laws (RUU) to become laws (UU).

There were several agendas in this morning's meeting, namely Level II Discussions/Decision Making on the Bill on Approval Ratification between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of India regarding Cooperation in the Defense Sector.

Second, Level II Discussions/Decision Making on the Bill on Approval Ratification between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Brazilian Federative Republic on Cooperation on the Defense Sector.

Third, Level II Discussions / Decision-making on the Bill on Ratification of Mutual Understanding Memorandums between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia and the Ministry of Defense of the United Arab Emirates regarding Cooperation in the Defense Sector.

Fourth, Ratification of Approval between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia regarding Cooperation in the Defense Sector.

Fifth, Ratification of Approval between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of France regarding Cooperation in the Defense Sector.

Sixth, Level II Discussions/Decision Making on the Bill on 25 Draft Laws on Regencies/Cities.

Seventh, Level II Discussions/Decision Making on the Bill on 27 Draft Laws on Regencies/Cities.

Eighth, Level II Discussions/Decisions on the Bill on 27 Draft Laws on Regencies/Cities, (Administrative List of Bills).

Ninth, Level II Discussions/Decision Making on the Draft Law on the Third Amendment to Law No. 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping.

Tenth, Level II Discussions/Decisions On The Bill On The Second Amendment To Law Number 13 Of 2016 concerning Patents Of Commission IX Reports Of The DPR RI On The Results Of Level I/Discussion Talks Against

Eleventh, the Bill on Drug and Food Supervision, followed by decision making.

The second eleven, the DPR RI's Administrative Committee Report on the Implementation of Hajj, was followed by decision making.

Thirteenth, Report of the DPR RI Supervision Team on the Implementation of Disaster Management, followed by decision making.

Fourteenth, Report of the Indonesian House of Representatives Supervision Team on the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers, followed by decision making.
