Police have arrested a man who claims to be a member of the Indonesian Navy (AL) with the rank of major. The perpetrator was arrested in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta. Based on information from the man with the initials AFS was arrested by the police after being reported by the public.
Jagakarsa Police Chief AKP Iwan Gunawan confirmed the incident. He was secured by the Cilandak Navy Military Police (Pomal), South Jakarta.
