Anies Officially Fires His Subordinates Who Are Suspects Of Corruption In The House Of Rp. 0 DP

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan officially fired Yoory Cornelis Pinontoan from the position of President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.

Previously, Anies only temporarily disabled Yoory from his position when the Corruption Eradication Commission named him a suspect in the purchase of land for a Rp 0 DP house.

Now Yoory is officially fired. That way, Anies appointed Agus Himawan Widiyanto to fill the vacant leadership position at Sarana Jaya after Yoory was fired. Agus is the former Managing Director of Sarana Jaya for the 2013-2015 period.

Anies said, the appointment of Agus as Managing Director of Sarana Jaya is expected to provide innovation and a new spirit in carrying out the company's work program in supporting the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's regional strategic activities (KSD).

"We hope that under Agus' leadership, Sarana Jaya can make improvements by adhering to all the principles of good corporate governance," said Anies in his statement.

Agus will serve as Managing Director of Sarana Jaya for four years, starting March 30, 2021. This is stated in the Decree of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Province Number 363 of 2021 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of the President Director of Perumda Sarana Jaya.

Agus Himawan Widiyanto has had more than a decade of experience serving at Sarana Jaya. This can be seen from his track record as Head of the Business Control Division at PD Sarana Jaya (2002-2003), Manager of the Planning and Business Control Division (2003-2006), Manager of the Sarana Jaya Legal Division (2006-2008), Director of Sarana Jaya Development ( 2008-2013), until he was the Managing Director of Sarana Jaya (2013-2015).

As of March 2021, Agus Himawan assumed the role of President Director of PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta, which is the new subsidiary of PT MRT Jakarta and PT Transjakarta, until Anies was appointed as the Managing Director of Sarana Jaya again.

The KPK is currently investigating a corruption case related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. This land will later be used to build houses with a down payment or DP Rp. 0, which is a program of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.

Although it has not been announced, based on the summons for a witness, in this case there are four suspects who have been named by the KPK. The first suspect is the Director of the Regional Public Company Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles Pinontoan.

Apart from that, the KPK also named two private parties, Anja Runtuwene, and Tommy Ardian as suspects. Not only that, the KPK also determined a corporation, namely PT Adonara Propertindo.

The four suspects are suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 or Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes. juncto Article 55 Paragraph 1-1 of the Criminal Code.
