JAKARTA - The interim chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Nawawi Pomolango said that the results of the analysis of reports on the use of private jets submitted by the Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) as well as the son of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Kaesang Pangarep, were announced by the Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the KPK Pahala Nainggolan. Leaders do not need to intervene.

"Leaders are not very important, they have to announce something like that," Nawawi told reporters at the ACLC KPK building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Wednesday, September 25.

Nawawi said the announcement of the results of the report submitted by Kaesang should be made in a press conference. "That's enough deputy," he said.

Moreover, continued Nawawi, Pahala had talked from the start about reporting the use of the private jet facilities conveyed by Kaesang. So, the results should be informed by only his subordinates.
