Continue To PTUN, Kubu Moeldoko: We Will Not Recede To Fight For Democracy, Not Dynasty

JAKARTA - Attorney at Law and Head of the Department of Communication and Information for the Democratic Party of the Moeldoko camp, Saiful Huda, confirmed that he would proceed with the lawsuit to the State Administrative Court (PTUN).

After the request for the ratification of the Deli Serdang Democrat Party KLB which was held on Friday, March 5 was rejected by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Yasonna H Laoly.

According to him, the point of resolving this problem is not in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, but at the Court (PTUN). He emphasized that Moeldoko's Democrats will fight for it for democracy.

"We will never give up fighting for the sake of maintaining the spirit of the Republic of Indonesia as a rule of law based on democratic values and not dynasty," said Saiful in his statement, Wednesday, March 31.

Saiful said the Kemenkumham decision was the initial stage of the democratic struggle of the Democratic Party which was under the leadership of Moeldoko.

The reason is, he said, even though Moeldoko's Democrats win, the AHY camp will also file a lawsuit against the PTUN. Vice versa.

Saiful believes that his party will obtain justice and legal certainty through the PTUN. He reminded the AHY camp not to be complacent in accepting the decision of the Minister of Law and Human Rights.

"Before there was a decision from the PTUN, it was not good for the camp that received approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to applaud, especially the facts have shown various facts that there are many violations of the Political Party Law contained in the AD / ART of the Democratic Party of 2020 led by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono ( AHY), "he explained.
