JAKARTA - The Labor Party invited the President-elect of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto to give a national speech at the Commemoration of the 3rd Anniversary of the Awakening of the Labor Class at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, September 18. On that occasion, the Labor Party will convey 6 hopes as aspirations to Prabowo as the elected president.

"We invite the elected President of the Republic of Indonesia, Pak Prabowo Subianto to give what we call a national speech. It has been confirmed and will be a national speech at around 15:40, yes, for one hour. We hope he can give a speech," said the President of the Labor Party, Said Iqbal at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, September 18.

"On this occasion, of course, we will hear Mr. Prabowo's speech, preceded by a statement of support from the Labor Party, trade unions and Indonesian workers to the government of the elected president of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. General (Ret.) Prabowo Subianto," he continued.

Said stated that the Labor Party will support Prabowo Subianto's government as president of Indonesia. At the same time, he will convey six hopes of need.

"According to the number 6 of the Labor Party, to the President-elect Mr. Prabowo Subianto. First, we request, request, expect a review of the omnibus law or the job creation law, especially the labor cluster," said Said.

Second, about the decent wages. Moreover, Said said, now the minimum wage of 2025 will be set.

"We ask that it be feasible, namely inflation and economic growth and standard living costs or decent living needs," he said.

Third, the elimination of outsourcing work systems. Fourth, agrarian reform and food sovereignty.

"We don't want any imports during the main harvest season and land for farmers to be returned to the land that has been seized by the corporation," he said.

Fifth, the appointment of teachers and honorary staff to become civil servants, or civil servants. Or what is now known as the state civil apparatus (ASN).

Sixth, free education. Especially up to universities or free to college.
