Arsjad himself was elected by acclamation as Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the 2021-2026 term of service based on a joint decision at the VIII National Conference of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry dated June 30, 2021, in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi.

Suryo explained that his party did not need to ask the government to recognize and ratify the current Kadin. The reason, he claims, the Kadin he leads is legal or legal.

"Our proof is that every event we have is a representative of the government present. This is because the government has been our partner all this time," he said.
