Interview Test Panelist To Pahala Nainggolan: What's Your Contribution To The KPK's Destruction?

JAKARTA - Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Pahala Nainggolan underwent an interview test as a candidate for leadership (capim). He was asked about the current condition of the KPK from former KPK Chairman Taufiequrachman Ruki who became a panelist.

"You, as the Deputy for Prevention of the KPK, have been running for five years, have you asked Ruki to start his question in the Capim interview test which was held at the State Secretariat Building (Setneg), Jakarta, Wednesday, September 18.

"Nine," replied Pahala.

"What is your contribution to the destruction of the KPK?" said Ruki.

Finding this question, Pahala then explained the current condition of the KPK. "Actually, I can make the KPK even better," he said.

Pahala then told that the current internal conditions were different from the previous period. Moralally, he also feels responsible for the current condition of the KPK.

Therefore, in the future he will try to improve the institution's order. There are at least a few things he will do, including improving human resources (HR) at the KPK.

"In competence, it must really be as known to people if we are experts with integrity," he said.

"Second, technology in outdated information data for at least nine years is mereangang. So at least internally technologically driven so that the culture that the KPK has built," continued Pahala.

Finally, if Pahala is elected then he wants the handling of corruption cases at the KPK on a larger scale. "From the first, we said that the big ones were taken for OTT, the rest were handed over to APH so that we focused on big ones," he said.

However, this step can be successful if the competence of employees in prosecution is maximized. We must have experts in prosecution, there are banking experts, insurance experts so that if there is a case he invites outside, he will be taught again," concluded Pahala.
