KPK Believes Analysis Of Private Jet Facilities Reported By Kaesang Will Be Completed In 3-4 Days

JAKARTA - KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring Pahala Nainggolan said the analysis of the report by the Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep would be carried out soon. Although it has a time limit of 30 days, he said this process would be completed in the next few days.

This was conveyed by Pahala after Kaesang reported the use of a private jet during a trip to the United States with his wife, Erina Gudono on Tuesday, September 17.

"We will analyze it for a maximum of 30 days. But, I think three, four days is over, that's it," Pahala told reporters at the ACLC KPK building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Tuesday, September 17.

Pahala explained that he believed this analysis could be completed sooner because President Joko Widodo's (Jokowi) son had filled out a number of documents. So, a team from the Directorate of Gratification of the KPK only has to clarify, such as the applicable standard operating procedure (SOP).

"(Later, red) we will see the contents, there are several things. If our SOP is like this, we will receive a report, we will definitely ask again some chronology, in-depth details like that, yes," he said.

"And there, if the KPK is mentioned, yes, in the law if we receive a gratification report then determine whether this belongs to the state or belongs to the reporting party," continued Pahala.

As previously reported, the Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep said he had explained about the use of the private jet facilities he used when he made a trip to the United States with his wife, Erina Gudono. He claims that he took a plane belonging to his friend.

"I conveyed information about my trip to the US who was riding or accompanying a friend of mine," Kaesang told reporters at the ACLC KPK building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Tuesday, September 17.

Meanwhile, calm Widjojo as the spokesman for Kaesang said there was a document filled by President Jokowi's son. Meanwhile, Kaesang came to the old KPK office at around 10.30 WIB. He then finished his business at 11.30 WIB.

"Earlier, Mas Kaesang filled out a gratification form. Later, we just have to wait for directions and instructions from the KPK," said Maria Widjojo at the same location.
