Panca Darmansyah The Killer Of 4 Biological Children In South Jakarta, Sentenced To Death

The Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) sentenced Panca Darmansyah to death for his behavior in killing four of his biological children in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta.

"The defendant Panca Darmansyah was therefore sentenced to death," said Chief Judge Sulistyo M Dwi Putro in the main courtroom of the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, September 17.

The judge assessed that Panca legally committed the crime of killing 4 of his biological children. Not only that, he is also legally and convincingly guilty of committing physical violence in his household.

"Declaring that the defendant Panca Darmansyah is legally and convincingly proven guilty in the treatment of a criminal act of premeditated murder and committing acts of physical violence within the household as in the first indictment of the first alternative and the second indictment of the first alternative," he said.

The thing that burdens Panca Darmansyah is that it does not reflect being a good father. Then, committing acts of act is very despicable and against the law. In addition, it also hurts the sense of justice and humanity towards victims and justice of society.
