TANGERANG Police said that an angkot driver named Arifin (43) who was found dead in Situ Gintung Lake, Ciputat, South Tangerang had attempted suicide by throwing himself in Lake Rempong, but the effort failed. the water was too shallow (dwarf).

"The victim had left the house for 3 days and attempted suicide by jumping into Setu Rempong on September 8, 2024 but was rescued by residents," said East Ciputat Police Chief, Kompol Kemas Arifin when confirmed, Thursday, September 12.
